With your project safety as our goal, our full time Safety Director and field safety coordinators enforce our safety policies including

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol screens,
• Daily and weekly employee meetings,
• Bi-monthly safety incentives and annual safety excellence awards
• Pre Job Safety Analysis JSA's
• Employee directed BBS Observations of fellow workers

Prior to starting, and throughout the work execution processes, our Safety Director or coordinator will be there as required to assist our projects teams with their safety needs, conduct jobsite safety inspections and lead the drive towards our goal of accident free worksites. This program is based on the simple process of defining our expectations through training, requiring responsibility for yourself and your fellow crew members, then rewarding demonstrated safe behaviors.
